Business Solution Engineer (m/f/d)

What you'll be doing
- Solution Design & Scoping: You define the "what" of the projects. You translate the client's strategic ambitions into concrete, actionable use cases, user stories, and project scopes.
- Process Engineering: You analyze existing business processes, identify pain points, and design future-proof workflows optimized through AI agents and automation.
- Product Ownership: You take responsibility for the functional scope within the project—ranging from backlog prioritization and setting acceptance criteria to quality assurance.
- Reusability & Pattern Recognition: You recognize patterns in client requirements and develop modular, scalable solutions that can be transferred to other use cases.
- Bridge Between Engineering & Clients: You work closely with AI engineers, ensure project feasibility, and communicate progress and solution designs clearly and persuasively to stakeholders.
What you bring to the table
- Professional Experience & Track Record: Several years of experience in product management, business analysis, solution design, or tech consulting. You have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex tech or product projects.
- AI & API Understanding: You don't need to be a developer or commit code, but you conceptually understand how Large Language Models (LLMs), APIs, and modern IT architectures work well enough to speak as an equal with both engineers and clients.
- Passion for AI & Agentic Systems: You are passionate about the possibilities of Artificial Intelligence and want to build solutions that drive genuine transformation.
- Consulting Mindset & Pragmatism: You take full ownership, hold high quality standards for your work, and are not afraid to offer constructive pushback when strategic ideas are not technically viable.
- Willingness to Travel & On-Site Presence: You appreciate the flexibility of remote work, while also enjoying being directly on-site with clients for key appointments or workshops (average travel requirement approx. 25%, flexible depending on the project phase).
- Language Skills: professional, business-fluent English, Fluent German is a plus
